Well in the Grand Exchange most people sell there uncharge amulets of glory for the lowest, so buy them at the lowest and then take to hero's guild and charge them, Then you can sell the amulets for the mid range so you make like 2-3k per amulet that you charged.
*Note: you can only do this if you have done hero's quest.
Also you can lose alot if the market changes so watch out, it is advised to do all your running in one day. This is so the market does not change, so you wont lose your money.
